Welcome to Housing Online from Nottingham City Council Housing Services

If this is your first time you will need to register to create a Housing Online account. To do this please make sure you have a valid email address and a password of your choosing. If not strong enough, it will not allow you to proceed and you will be prompted to change it.

Please read the details below on how to register an account by selecting either Option 1 or Option 2 or click on the links below to view the guides or video to help you. It is very important you select the correct option when you register.

OPTION 1

Option 1 - I don't have a Housing Online Account and I am an Nottingham City Council/Nottingham City Homes tenant/Leaseholder OR I don't have a Housing Online Account, but I do have a 'live' HomeLink application.

This option is for current Nottingham City Council/Nottingham City Homes tenants/leaseholders. This also includes Nottingham City Council/Nottingham City Homes tenants who want to register a housing application for a transfer OR for current HomeLink applicants with a 'live' active application and you want to place weekly bids.

OR

OPTION 2

Option 2  - I don't have a Housing Online Account and I'm not an Nottingham City Council/Nottingham City Homes tenant/leaseholder or an existing Homelink applicant.

This is for anyone who is NOT an Nottingham City Council/Nottingham City Homes tenant/leaseholder or an existing Homelink applicant.
